Room Block at the Osthoff Resort

Thank you for joining the happy couple at the Osthoff Resort for their special day; we are excited to have you! Below are the rates and primary room types reserved for the Makuck & Wargolet Wedding for November 2, 2024. All rooms are held for the block till September 15, 2024. Upon that date rooms are released to the general public. Reservations and rates will be honored up to 5 days prior and post November 2, 2024 for guests who are traveling in early or staying late. These rates are based on availability so please consider booking early.

Check In

We understand that many of your guests may want to arrive early. Our check in is guaranteed after 4:00 pm and we cannot guarantee anything before that; however, if the room is available prior, we are happy to check guests in. Therefore, the only way to absolutely assure an early check in is to reserve the room the night before.

Deposit Upon Booking

The Osthoff requires a 1 night plus tax deposit upon making any reservations to guarantee the room. Cancelling at any time is a $50.00 fee and cancelling within 1 week of the arrival date is a forfeiture of the deposit; however, you can change dates and room styles at any time without penalty.

Woodland Rooms (Accommodates 2 people) - $159.00 plus tax per night

Oversized hotel room with a king sized bed, a whirlpool tub for 2 in the bathroom and a small refrigerator and microwave. Located in the North wing above the Spa; faces outer landscape and parking lot.

One Bedroom Woodland Suites (Accommodates 4 people) - 169.00 plus tax per night

Queen size bed in the bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, living and dining room areas, fireplace and private balcony with a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Located in the Main or South wings; facing the outer wooded landscape and parking lot.

One Bedroom Woodland Deluxe (Accommodates 4 people) - $179.00 plus tax per night

King size bed in the bedroom, 1 bathroom with a whirlpool tub for 2, kitchenette, living and dining room areas, fireplace, private balcony and a queen size pull out sofa. Located in the North wing above the Spa; faces outer landscape and parking lot.

Two Bedroom Woodland Suites (Accommodates 6 people) - $195.00 plus tax per night

King or queen size bed in the master bedroom, king or queen size bed in the second bedroom, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living and dining room areas, fireplace and private balcony with a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Located in the Main or South wings; faces outer landscape and parking lot.

Three Bedroom Woodland Suites (Accommodates 8 people) - $249.00 plus tax per night

King size bed in the master bedroom, queen size bed in the second bedroom, queen size bed in the third bedroom, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living and dining room areas, fireplace and private balcony with a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Located in the Main building faces the outer landscape and parking lot – also, this is a lofted unit with an upstairs and downstairs.

Multiple Room Reservations

The property is large and we offer many options of room styles, and because the different room styles can be located in different buildings we are unable to block rooms close together. Special consideration can be made so if your guests are requesting to be close to another guest, please be sure to mention this to the agent.
