When is the RSVP deadline?

Please confirm as soon as you can if you'll be able to join us! However, we do need finalised numbers by mid-January to provide to the caterers.

Will there be transport to and from the venue?

Yes, there will be shuttles organised to pick you up from your accommodation and drop you back after the festivities. The shuttles will work in the Cape Winelands areas (Paarl, Franschhoek, Stellenbosch), but if you're headed further afield please make sure that you have transport organised.

Is the wedding child-friendly?

While we adore all of the tiny humans in our lives, kids at the wedding will be limited to a very small number of family who are in the wedding. Kids are very welcome at the Friday braai!

Would we be able to hire a babysitter?

Yes - we have been recommended Holiday Nannies or Winelands Nannies. We're happy to co-ordinate this with our planner so please let us know separately if you'd like your littles to be babysat.

Are plus ones welcome?

Due to limited space, plus ones are by invitation only.

Are there any dress code specifics?

Please leave the shorts and sandals at home! The ceremony will also be on grass, so women may find it easier to wear flats or wedges rather than pointy heels.

What will the weather be like?

The weather in Paarl (and Cape Town) could vary quite widely at this time of year - it's likely to be warm (probably around 23 - 25 degrees) but please ensure you have packed a couple of warm items in case we get unlucky with some rain!

How should we get around in Cape Town?

Unfortunately, there isn't really a reliable public transport system in Cape Town. We'd suggest hiring a car, although you could get by using Uber if you planned well. This will be more difficult once you are in the Winelands.

Is there WiFi everywhere?

Not necessarily - we strongly advise that at least one person in each party gets a sim card with data on it at the airport (or use an eSim such as Airalo).
