Merchants is comprised of two dining concepts: a casual, comfort-food-driven menu on the first floor, and a more upscale seasonal menu on the second floor.

A more formal option, this is the restaurant in the Hermitage Hotel. Would recommend a coat and tie for the dining room here. Outstanding food and the chef, Tyler Brown, hands down wins the "best handlebar mustache" award.
