Our Wedding

It all started on the ball field.We first met playing in tournament on Flying Dust. I was fascinated with how fast he was. However, he was very new to the sport and running past the bases because he was to fast. This was when I found out he was very young and I was not interested, however he was.Our next tournament we played together was in Soto. This was a month after we first met, he added me on snap. I mentioned he was to young and it was not gonna happened. Somehow he convinced me to drive him home to Buffalo Narrows after the tournament!!!Well, we kept talking after that weekend, he was very convincing. However, I asked him to play in a tournament in Soto a few weeks after driving him home. Following that weekend he decided that he wanted me to meet his family. Once I met his family, he met my family including my daughters. I was very nervous for this man to walk into our lives. However, he stole our hearts and the girls loved him just as much. I was scared to fall in love again, I pushed away often because I was a "older" single mother. He constantly reassures me how much he loves me and our children. He was the home we never knew we needed.

Chelsa and Jesse met on the field and hit it off right away—Jesse spent so much time at Chelsa’s farm that they quickly became inseparable. Chelsa was Jesse’s “Babe” and someone she always looked up to; today they’re closer than ever.
