How It All Began:Stefan and Jesse technically met in 2021 at the Park City Charity Christmas Bar Crawl, introduced by mutual friends (the Kaz's), but it was more of a “non-event” situation than a "love-at-first-sight" . Oddly enough, Jesse’s mom, Doris, skied and hung out with her future son-in-law first—and had fun doing it! February 26th, 2022 and the Couch:It was Jesse’s favorite type of winter Saturday --- skiing Deer Valley with her 7Springs crew, followed by the champagne tent celebrating her recent promotion. The day wrapped with everyone heading over to Andre’s house (aka Stefan’s best friend and roommate). Jesse, unknowingly sat down in Stefan’s beloved spot on the couch. Stefan, who was in the thick of ski season and working 7-days-a-week, walked in after a long day of ski coaching, a house full of people and saw Jesse in his spot — and if looks could kill --- Jesse would be dead – ha! She scooted over, gave him a sliver of his spot on the couch, and he sat down with the energy of a grumpy ski coach who just wanted a beer, burger, and peace &amp; quiet (many of us know how Stefan gets when he is Hangry and he likes his alone time). At this point, Jesse only knew Stefan as “the ski guy people had posters of on their bedroom wall growing up because he was supposedly “good” at skiing”… The Spark (It Took a Minute):Looking back, both were intrigued and felt something, but it wasn’t quite the right time --- YET! Fast forward to eight months later, the universe tried again—at the 2022 Park City Charity Christmas Bar Crawl (yes, that thing again). Jesse watched Stefan dancing with Doris (yes, her mom) and thought "this man is special". Jesse proceeded to hit on Stefan by buying him a shot. He was...CLUELESS. Hours later, Stefan got the memo and this was the start of their long-distance relationship. Monthly visits turned into twice-a-month and by December 2023 they moved in together in a condo in Park City. The ENGAGEMENT:On Christmas morning 2024, Jesse was up bright and early to kick off her favorite holiday, but this one was extra special —the first time both of their families were together for Christmas. Stefan was acting off...First, he didn’t get Jesse a Christmas present. Her blood was boiling, and she cornered him by the fridge and hissed:“WTF, Stefan—you didn’t get me a gift?”To which he replied: “I’ll give it to you later.” Then he refused breakfast—which was very unlike him. Needless to say… she was NOT happy. Jesse sat in the living room, still fuming, alongside her mom Doris, Stefan’s dad Jack, and his mom Margarethe. Then, completely out of nowhere, while standing in the kitchen, Stefan looked at Jesse and asked: “Do you like watermelon"? Jesse, Doris, Jack and Margarethe all shook their heads and asked where that question was coming from. It was awkward to say the least. Stefan proceeded to walk over to the couch to bring Jesse her lavender neck pillow, he got down on one knee in front of their parents and gave Jesse the greatest gift of all --- pulled out a watermelon-flavored Ring Pop, and asked Jesse to marry him. Not exactly your traditional engagement ring, but it was perfect. Stefan knew better than to pick out a ring for Jesse (aka Queen of Jewelry or Queen of Sparkle). They picked out "the ring" three months later together.

Our Story

All wedding events are at Seven Springs Mountain Resort in Champion, PA. Address:&nbsp;777 Water Wheel Dr, Champion, PA 15622 Once you are at the resort you never have to leave. It's called "the cruise ship in the mountains". The hotel is connected to the lodge, restaurants, bars, indoor entertainment with access to various outdoor winter activities. All wedding events are walkable from the hotel, but the resort has full time shuttles.

HOTEL ROOM BLOCK - MUST BOOK HOTEL BY JANUARY 21, 2026 FOR BLOCK There is a room block for 75 rooms in the hotel reserved for Friday and Saturday (2 night minimum). There is free hotel parking. This rate will be extended to wedding guests 3 days prior and 3 days post the Friday and Saturday nights if you would like to stay for longer. PLEASE BOOK / RESERVE ROOMS ASAP AS THE HOTEL SELLS OUT DURING SKI SEASON!!! Please reference the group name (Morgan/Thomas Wedding) and the Group Code (B7SMTW25) Blocked Rooms Types Include:- 17 Standard Queen Tower Rooms (2 Queen Beds) - $179.00 a night- 26 Standard King Rooms (1 King Bed) - $179.00 a night- 20 King Jr Suites - $215.00 a night (a larger room with king bed, separate living room with a queen sleeper sofa (door separate the living room and bedroom for privacy) and balcony or patio.- 8 King Executive - $287.00 a night (Updated rooms on top floor of the hotel. spacious, open rooms with a king-sized bed and a queen sleeper sofa and a balcony).- 2 Queen Executive - $287.00 a night (Updated room on top floor of hotel, spacious, open rooms with two queen sized beds and a balcony).- Tyrol House - Birch chalet -$1,115.00 a night: 6 bedrooms and 2 pullout couches- Tyrol House - Sycamore chalet -$950.00 a night: 5 bedrooms Please book rooms soon to ensure we have enough rooms for everyone as the hotel sells out every weekend and there are no other hotels on property.

For those flying, the Pittsburgh airport is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from Seven Springs. There are no Taxis/Ubers to the mountain. The car rental companies are on site at the airport.

Welcome to Jesse's home resort and playground. All wedding weekend events are at the resort and you don't have to go anywhere once you arrive. Enjoy skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, bowling, bars, restaurants, shops, indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, game room, etc.
