Jesse & Leslie met in Hochatown, Oklahoma on July 4th, 2023. Jesse had just moved back to the States from a 3 year duty station in Germany. Jesse & Leslie formed a quick bond & they knew they were gonna be lifelong partners after a couple months. They spent a few short months together before Jesse was deployed to the Middle East for 7 months. Soon after he returned, he bought a ring & started planning a proposal. On July 26th, 2024, they were supposed to be going to celebrate his mother’s birthday in Texarkana when they took a detour to the farm to help his dad get a calf out of the creek. Jesse proposed along the river in a place very special to them. Needless to say, there was no calf involved. Jesse is a combat medic in the Army where he has served for 5 years & Leslie is a physical therapist who recently graduated from The University of Central Arkansas. Together, they have a golden doodle named Archie who isn’t in the least bit spoiled. Jesse is now stationed at Fort Sill in Lawton, Oklahoma & Leslie has joined him here. They are so excited about a lifetime of love, commitment, travel and memories.
