20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony. If you come late you will need to wait for the ceremony to be over to attend. Ceremony starts at 4 PM, so please arrive before then.

Yes, Formal / black-tie attire. Please no jeans or shorts. Preferable colors are black, champagne, pink and neutrals. Examples: Mid to long formal dresses, suits, button up shirt with slacks

No, as much as we love kids, due to limited space this will be a no kid wedding. Children age 10 and over are allowed. Babies are welcome.

Yes, there is plenty of parking. Overflow parking can be found across the street at Chiawanna High School.

Unless stated on your formal invitation, there will be no extra guest. Please understand we have a limited venue capacity and would love to invite who we can!

Both will be outside. We will try our best to accommodate due to high chance of heat.

Yes. We ask that during the ceremony phones and other electronics are put away and turned off. There will be a photographer and videographer who will capture the specials moments.
