Moving to Iowa

In 2018, Jesse moved from AZ where she was born and raised to Dubuque, IA for work. There in the bitter cold winter of Dubuque’s more mild, she met Bryce.

Bryce was born and raised in Dubuque. Due to the low rates during covid he was able to purchase a duplex which he then used to house two cats.

Our Story

Bryce and Jesse met on New Year’s 2020 through a mutual friend. Due to the world shutdown, concert tickets turned into a camping trip where friendship was found. In
March ‘21, the couple became official and Bryce was eventually able to get his first taste of Arizona’s dry heat.

9/8/23 Bryce took Jesse on a hot air balloon ride, a long time desire, before popping the question on the Galena riverwalk (she said yes). Now they are going from dart partners to life partners and celebrate the union in October 2024.
