We've collected some of our favorite restaurants, bars, attractions, and activities for your convenience. They are organized here by geographical area:

From the parking lot with your back to the road, take the trail that leads off to the right and keep going further than you need to in order to simply access the river. You will eventually come to a series of cliffs in the river that form gorgeous waterfalls and swimming holes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you choose to swim here, avoid the bottoms of the waterfalls and be aware of the strength of the current near the edges of drop-offs. Do NOT slide down the waterfalls because you can become trapped underneath them.
There is no shortage of hiking and biking trails in the Mad River Valley! The hikes in this area are generally more intense than ones in Waterbury or the Champlain Valley. Please check out the AllTrails website or app for detailed information about individual trails.

If you're up in Morrisville to check out the Rail Trail, don't miss our all-time favorite brewery! Don’t miss their waffles, either, which are cooked with delicious toppings right inside for a truly unique treat! Jesse's favorite beer is "Cheesus Christ," Gabe's is "Hops on a Motorcycle," and the runner up for both of them is "Two Night Stands." Be sure to say hello to Jonathan, the bartender and owner, from the bride and groom!
With locations in Burlington, Stowe, and Morrisville, this great little breakfast spot has phenomenal drinks and baked goods. The bride's go-to is a chai latte and house made spinach-feta croissant.
For some reason, Morrisville is home to a bunch of great little craft breweries. This is one of them, and features a dog named Ridge who hangs out around the bar. They also sell a variety of works from local artists. The bride's favorite beer here is the chocolate raspberry stout.
