Ubers are hard to find and generally expensive. The easiest way to get a taxi in Florence is to Whatsapp text their number: +39 334 662 2550 (It should come up as Radiotaxi 22) and all you have to do is text the address where you are currently. They will tell you when a taxi will be there and then you tell them your destination in person.
