We met in December of 2019 in Bloomsburg, PA thanks to Michael + Erica Noll. Michael is Jordan's cousin, Jess is friends with Erica. We all ended up at their house during Christmas break for a fun night out on the town. Jess recalls striking up conversation with Jordan about his job at the time since it was similar to what she was teaching. As the night progressed, we both realized we shared the similar future goals + family values. Unfortunately, Jordan lived in California and so, life went on. We kept in contact almost daily for the entire next year not knowing that we'd ever see each other again.

Fast forward to 2020... COVID. Jordan moves back to Bloomsburg after landing a job with Geisinger. Jess still lived in the Lehigh Valley at the time working as a teacher, but would drive back to Bloomsburg every weekend (1.5 hours, one way!). Even though we only saw each other on the weekends, we knew our relationship was worth it.

Dating during COVID was something we'll never forget - everything was closed or limited to the public. One of our first dates was at a winery where we dined inside our own igloo-shaped greenhouse! We played a lot of mini golf + went on hikes.

In June of 2022, Jess took a job as a paralegal at a law office in Bloomsburg so she could move back home. Jordan was in the process of tearing down + rebuilding his childhood home. We both moved in with Jordan's Dad + Stepmom as the build progressed. Luckily, it was right next door!

In July 2024, Jordan proposed to Jess on a weekend getaway to the Finger Lakes, NY. We had a beautiful weekend of sunshine, warm weather, wine + pizza!

In October 2024, we moved into our house that Jordan + his Dad worked tirelessly on. We are still settling into our new home + are excited for what the future holds. We are so grateful to be able to share our special day with you!
