Our love story started early on. We have known each other since elementary school at Oak Brook, but our friendship really started in middle school.

We would spend most of our afternoons after school playing in the Arbor Oaks neighborhood, hanging out at our friend Scott's house or hanging out when Ryan played basketball next door. Our 8th grade year, we both went on the Grand Teton Trip. We spent countless hours sitting on the bus, hanging out with each other, and secretly crushing on one another.

We could never align our timing and seemed like we were just at different stages. Although, with a continued friendship and the right timing, Ryan started to pursue me and we grew our connection past a friendship. The stars finally aligned and we fell in love!
