Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have to limit this due to budget and venue restrictions. Send us a message and we will try to accommodate where possible!

Our venue dress code is formal attire. We suggest that men wear dress clothes in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to honour us with a gift, we will gratefully accept a contribution towards our honeymoon fund!

We have partnered with nearby hotels to offer discounted rates, as well there will be options for camping at a discounted rate. Please include whether you will be using a hotel or RV services. You can find more information on the hotels and camping in the ‘travel’ section.

Drinks will be $3.00 each, purchased with tickets. ALL tips at the bar will go directly to the bar tenders and the venue.

We will have a shuttle for guests staying at the Hampton Inn by Hilton Lloydminster and the Meridian Inn. They will pick up guests at the Meridian Hotel and bring to the ceremony around 1 pm. (Please be ready in the lobby by 12:45) Additionally, they will be transporting guests hourly from the venue at starting at 11pm, until 2am.
