We ask that you please RSVP by May 31st at the latest.

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm, we ask that our guests arrive between 3:00-3:45pm to allow for time to park and find your seats.

The 3rd exit (traveling north) for Cloverdale is the exit for Highway 128 - take that. You will go under the freeway and past a HUGE redwood saw mill on your left. About 1/4 mile further, you will need to make a rather sharp right to stay on/continue with highway 128 (CA-128). Important Note: DO NOT pay attention the house numbers on Highway 128, as they go up and down and are out of sequence. Once you've made the right, we are about 7.5 miles further on 128. It will feel like much further, as the road is very curvy. Take your time, enjoy the scenery and note that there are plenty of turn outs to let people pass if someone comes up behind you. Once you have gone about 7 miles you will see a sign for Mountain House Road - at that point you will continue on 128 for just another 1/2 mile and we are on the left. A NOTE ABOUT OUR ADDRESS: Please use the links on the highlands estate website if you are using an iPhone or Android phone. You may also enter “The Highlands Estate, Cloverdale CA” - please do not enter our street address, as you may end up quite far from our actual location.

There will be a shuttle from the Hampton Inn and Suites to the venue and back for up to 80 guests. The first to RSVP and reserve will get priority. Please arrive by 2:30pm to the Hampton Inn and Suites for pickup. The bus will leave promptly at 2:45pm to the venue and at 10:15pm from the venue. There is also parking onsite but no overnight parking is allowed. The drive to the venue is on a windy back road with minimal service and ride share availability. Keep this in mind when planning transportation!

The dress code is semi-formal. Ladies are welcome to wear long or short sundresses with sandals or heels. Gentlemen are welcome to wear slacks and dress shirts with dress shoes or boots. Please no jeans.

Although we adore your little ones, we've elected to limit or wedding to adults only.

We do ask that phones are kept away during the wedding ceremony. We will have a professional photographer and videographer catching all of the moments, which we will share! You are also more than welcome to capture photos throughout the rest of the night!

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. Dinner and dancing will be inside an air conditioned barn.

The average temperature in Cloverdale at the end of June is a high of 85 in the middle of the day and low of 55 at the end of the day. The sunset is at 8:40pm.

There are two designated disabled parking spots at the back of the barn.

There is a parking lot at the venue but it’s at the bottom of a small hill from where the ceremony and reception are. No overnight parking is allowed.
