Our Story

The plan was for Evan and Jessica to go on a “blind double date” since the idea of a genuine blind date, frankly, was terrifying. They would meet with the couple that introduced them and the four of them would grab dinner so they could get to know each other.

This is not what happened.

Instead, Evan attended a cabaret in Rowan University’s Bunce Hall, which Jess happened to be the choreographer for. After panicked texts of “oh my god they’re here what do I do” to their friends, they made the brave decision to say hello. It wasn’t long before Evan and Jess informed their friends that the blind double date would no longer be necessary.

It’s one thing to believe in love at first sight. It’s a whole other thing to experience it. Their first date together confirmed the immediate chemistry was not a fluke. What was meant to be a quick bite to eat turned into hours of conversation and laughter. From that point on, they were inseparable.

Through ups and downs, pandemics and apartments, Dungeons and Dragons, wine and beer, and a tremendous amount of laughs, Evan and Jess have proven that soulmates exist. They’ve found theirs.
