Binh and Jess met each other in Tennessee while attending medical school. They started dating after third year of medical school when the training allowed them to have a better life balance.

Despite doing clinical rotations and attending residency interviews in different parts of the country they tried their best to visit each other whenever they could.

Binh and Jess graduated from medical school. Jess went to St. Luke's University Hospital in Bethlehem, PA for Family Medicine residency. Binh went to Wellspan York Hospital for Emergency Medicine residency.

After graduation, Binh and Jess celebrated their first Anniversary together.

Even though residency training was tough at times and they lived 2 hours away from each other, they never hesitated to visit each other and spend time together on their days off.

As they entered into their last year of Residency, they visited San Antonio and instantly fell in love with the city, the food, the culture (and the weather). They made the decision to make San Antonio,Texas their next home!

After graduating their Residency programs, Binh and Jess packed their things and made the move to San Antonio, Texas! This was a great day when Binh's family and Jess's parents met in San Antonio!

Binh and Jess spent the Christmas Holiday with family. Binh proposed to Jess on Christmas Eve on top of the Eiffel Tower (in Las Vegas).
