Yes, for those guests staying at the Hilton or Hyatt at Waverly, we will have a shuttle taking guests to and from. For pickup before the wedding, the bus will pick up guests at 4pm (starting at the Hilton, and then picking guests up from the Hyatt) and then drop them off at Longview. At the conclusion of the reception, the bus will then drop people back off at those two hotels. You are also always welcome to Uber to and from Longview, drive yourself, or take the bus to and from Waverly depending on what is most convenient for you.

For guests arriving Thursday, there will be a welcome party at The Foxcroft in Waverly starting at 7:00 p.m. The restaurant is within walking distance of both the Hilton and Hyatt and will include cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. The Foxcroft is located at 7416 Waverly Walk Avenue, Suite H-1A, Charlotte, NC 28277.

If you are traveling from out of town, there are plenty of hotels close by. We recommend the Hilton Garden Inn or Hyatt, both located at Waverly Place, as they are close by to the venue (~8 minute drive) and also have number of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotels. The Ballantyne Hotel is also a great option and only 15 minutes away. There are of course many other options to choose from in other parts of Charlotte depending on your preference. The ceremony will be outdoors followed by an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour, and an indoor reception.

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal attire. Men should wear suits or blazers and ties are optional. Women should wear nice dresses, cocktail attire, or formal wear.

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue if you would like to drive. If you choose to drive and would like to leave your car overnight, your car will need to be picked up by 10am the next day. You are also welcome to use an Uber or Lyft to and from the venue. The venue is gated and everyone attending will be added to a list to provide you entry.
