Our Story

Back in March 2022, Jess and Kevin decided to meet up for ice cream at Peaceful Meadows. (Because, honestly, if you don’t start with ice cream, are you even serious about dating?) What was meant to be a quick first date somehow lasted hours—and neither of them has really stopped hanging out since. Since then, life together has been anything but boring. They’ve gone to more than 30 concerts, taken trips near and far, and sampled enough “one more bite” meals to qualify as professional food critics. Somewhere along the way, they added Maverick to the mix—a dog who quickly became part best friend, and part third wheel.Fast forward a few years: they’ve survived road trips, lived through concert traffic, negotiated Maverick’s demands, and even bought a house together. And now, they’re ready for their next adventure—marriage. (With plenty more ice cream runs, obviously.)
