Jessi and Drew’s love story started with a simple message on September 15, 2013 sent by Jessi. They had their first date on September 21, 2013, having some deep-dish pizza at Luigi’s Pizza in River Falls.

The next day, September 22nd, Drew cleverly timed his move and asked Jessi to be his girlfriend, just two months before his birthday. On November 21, 2014, he gave her a promise ring. For the next 3.5 years, Jessi focused on her studies at UW-River Falls, with Drew always cheering her on and supporting her dreams. In her senior year, Drew promised to follow her dreams, setting the stage for their future together.

In the summer of 2017, they moved to Hays, Kansas. Jessi worked on her Master's degree at Fort Hays State University, while Drew worked at a company for nearly 4 years. They had fun exploring different states and enjoying new adventures. Once Jessi finished her program, they moved to Minnesota and juggled opposite work schedules for 4 years. Eventually, Drew got his CDL license and starting working at West Side Transport, and Jessi landed her dream job at UW-River Falls.

Their story is all about sticking together no matter what. They faced life’s ups and downs side by side, growing stronger as a couple. On their 10-year anniversary, they spent the day together while Drew worked. After work, Drew surprised Jessi by proposing. Overwhelmed and a bit shocked, she asked if he was serious. Drew smiled and assured her he was.

From a simple message to a deep and lasting love, Jessi and Drew’s journey is filled with adventures, challenges, and a bright future. Their love grew stronger with each passing year, and now they're ready to start the next chapter as they prepare to say “I do” and begin their forever together.
