Our upcoming wedding will be a black tie optional event; therefore we ask that guests dress in attire such as a classic tuxedo with a bow tie or a formal suit with a tie for men, and floor-length dress or gown for women.
Are kids invited?
While we love your little ones, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
We have a room block at the JW Marriott. See the "Travel" tab to book through our link! You are welcome to book at a hotel of your preference as well.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
The ceremony starts at 3 p.m. Please arrive no later than 2:45 p.m.
Where is the parking at the Church?
Parking is located at 363 W Hill St, Chicago, IL 60610 (St. Joseph School), which is across the street from the Church behind the Fire Station.
Will there be down time between our wedding ceremony and reception?
There will be about an hour and a half between the ceremony and start of cocktail hour. Please feel free to make your way to the JW Marriott Chicago to freshen up or grab a drink near by! Chicago's Old Town neighborhood is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the church, or you can get a drink at the venue.
