In 2021 they met because of awesome mutual friends and their lovely summer gatherings. Flash forward to Halloween of that year, Jess had sworn off men, until she got talking to Caleb. Shortly after well they started dating, met the families, moved in together because Jess's dad got COVID and they might as well have kept distance, until she just never left. In 2022 Caleb got to experience the wonders of Disney World for the first time. In 2023 they bought their first home, got their first fur baby, Leia, and then a year later in 2024 they got their second fur baby, Chewie. Over the years they've traveled to all sorts of places and started ballpark chasing. Caleb proposed on August 5, 2024 at the Paramount Theatre in Aurora and they are so excited to keep the adventures going.
