We're so excited to celebrate with you! Please note that the venue will be checking everyone's ID regardless of age, so please make sure you bring your ID with you to the reception!
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
We recommend guests to arrive at least 15 minutes early to get a seat. The ceremony will begin at 3pm sharp.
What is the Dress Code?
We ask that guests dress in cocktail attire. Cowboy boots are still welcome! No jeans, please.
Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?
Both! Dinner will be taking place indoors. But, there are multiple opportunities to dance, attend cocktail hour, play games, and more outside overseeing Lake Macatawa.
Will there be transportation to and from the wedding reception?
Yes. There will be a shuttle taking guests from the hotels we have our wedding blocks booked at. Shuttle service will begin at 4:30pm at the hotel(s). Pickup from the reception will resume later in the evening starting at approximately 9:30-10pm with the shuttle making rounds back to the hotel(s) every hour.
What if I can't find parking at Boatwerks?
We will have complementary valet available for all our guests at the reception. Again, this is free of charge to you.
Am I allowed to park my car overnight at the reception?
Yes, but the venue requests you must pick up your car as soon as possible the next morning.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, of course!
Where is the nearest international airport?
- Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR): Located in Grand Rapids, MI, this airport is 40 minutes to downtown Holland.
- O'Hare International Airport(ORD)/Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW): Located in Chicago, these airports are approximately 2.5 hours to downtown Holland.
