They say there’s an invisible string that connects two people meant to meet, even before they know it. For us, that string pulled us together in the most unexpected way.

Spending most of our childhoods living less than 3 minutes from each other and attending the same middle school & high school, graduating the same year, who knew we would find each other through a dating app in our late 20s.

We started getting to know each other through several FaceTime dates. I remember getting off of FaceTime with Kevin and my cheeks would be hurting from laughing and smiling so much. To this day, our relationship is full of laughter. Even the moms (Michele & Doreen) say it all the time.

Our first real date was in June of 2021, from there, we spent that summer falling in love while traveling back and forth to Illinois & Wisconsin. Distance wasn't easy but it was so worth it.

Over time, our invisible string grew stronger. We got to experience new adventures, travel to new places, go to sporting events (GO BEARS), meet new friends and have created memories that we will forever cherish. We really did become each others best friend!

I will never forget our second date, Kevin rang my door bell and when I opened the door he was in a panic... Why you may ask!? He drove 2 hours from Illinois and did not realize he had left his car keys at home. To this day, we have no idea how he was able to drive that far with out his keys .

In April of 2022 we made a big move and started living together! This is when Kevins condo went from being a bachelor pad to a home. From the second I started traveling to Kevins condo and then moving in, I knew we would make that house a home and that is exactly what we did. We fill that house with laughter and love every single day.

Fast forward to February 17th 2024, the day our forever started. Kevin created the most beautiful proposal that took me by such surprise. We took a beautiful horse and carriage ride in snowy Wisconsin, followed by him getting down on one knee (in the snow) and asking if I would marry him. He had set up a beautiful dinner with both our families there after the proposal. We will always remember that day as one of the happiest days of our lives.

Our story is just beginning, we can not wait to share the joy of our wedding day and starting this new chapter with all the people that mean so much to us.
