May is usually pretty warm low to mid 80's. Our afternoon rain hasn't started yet so expect sunny skies. Don't worry all of our venues have AC.

SRQ is closest but Tampa/St. Petersburg may have cheaper fare. SRQ is about 15 minutes from downtown Sarasota. Tampa is apx. 45 minutes away.

Lido Beach and the world's best sand Siesta Key Beach are almost the same distance from the venue. 20 minutes in either direction.

Probably not. If flying into SRQ uber can get you everywhere reasonably and there is a shuttle directly from SRQ airport to the Aloft Hotel, where we have a block of rooms. If flying into Tampa expect to spend more in transport to Sarasota but once here ubers, free trolly and shuttles are available to get around.
