How should I RSVP?
To RSVP, click the ‘RSVP’ tab and type the name(s) listed on your invitation envelope. Kindly RSVP before Saturday, August 9th. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after August 9th will be marked as a ‘no’ as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 4pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself plenty of time to park and find a seat.
What should I wear?
We would love for our guests to get dressed up with us! Note that some of the venue grounds include grassy slopes and gravel pavement, so be mindful when selecting footwear. We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for brides - whites, ivories, and creams.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Both will be held outdoors (weather permitting).
Is there parking available?
Yes! There is complimentary guest parking available at the venue and staff will be available to assist directing traffic.
Will there be alcohol and what should I do about driving?
Yes, we will be providing alcoholic beverages. However, we DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. The venue allows guests to leave their vehicles overnight if need be, but they MUST be picked up by 10am the following morning. We recommend using rideshare apps (Lyft, Uber) for transportation if you plan on drinking! Otherwise, please know who your DD is ahead of time.
How does seating work?
The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please! However, we are requesting you avoid the first 2 rows on each side at the ceremony for our immediate family.
For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know. You can find your assigned seat on the seating chart located near the entrance to the dining area.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones during the ceremony?
We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We’ve hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture all special moments that we will happily share when available. However, you are more than welcome (and encouraged!) to bring out your cameras and phones during the reception! There will be QR codes available throughout the venue site for you to scan and upload in a shared gallery.
