COVID-19 Information

Although we would miss you, we fully understand if you do not feel comfortable attending our wedding due to COVID-19.&nbsp;

All guests will get their temperature taken and anyone with a temperature over 100.4 will unfortunately not be allowed into the event.

Our venue is located in Marion county. Marion county currently has a mask mandate and we kindly ask our guests to comply. Please bring a mask to the wedding!&nbsp; 



The venue is also implementing a bracelet procedure to help guests communicate their comfort level. You choose a red, yellow, or green bracelet. Red means you are&nbsp;keeping your distance. Yellow means you are&nbsp;okay with talking but not touching. Green means you are okay with hugs and high-fives.

Drinks will be made away from guests and served on an empty table with a stancap on top. A sneeze guard will surround the wedding cake, only to be removed when we&nbsp;cut&nbsp;the cake.

A shuttle will be provided for transportation from the hotel to the venue from 4-5PM. It will also be available for transportation from the venue back to the hotel from 9:45-11:45PM. Please also&nbsp;utilize Uber/Lyft as there is no&nbsp;parking at the venue.

Omni Severin Hotel Shuttle

Check-in is 3:00pm. Check-out is 12:00pm. Please verify this check-in time with the hotel as we have reserved early check-in for our wedding block! (Check-in is typically 4:00pm, but we contracted a 3:00pm check-in for our wedding block.) The hotel provides valet parking for $50/night WITH in/out privileges.There is also overnight parking available at Circle Center Mall for $25/night WITHOUT in/out privileges.
