Yes, we have recommended two hotels in the surrounding cities near the venue and can be seen under the Hotel Suggestions section. (Only the Homewood Suites has a room block)

Shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue, for our guests who will be staying at the Homewood Suites.

The closet airports are: Tweed-New Haven Airport (HVN) 9.3 mi., Bradley International Airport (BDL) 58 mi., & Westchester County Airport (HPN) 44 mi. from the venue.

PROMPLY at 6:30pm and guests may arrive as early as 5:45pm. No one will be allowed to enter the ceremony after it begins.

A seating chart will be posted upon entering the reception hall with the assigned table numbers and guests names listed alphabetically.

The ceremony will begin on Saturday, 7/16 PROMPTLY at 6:30pm, followed by a cocktail hour from 7pm to 8pm, and the full reception from 8pm to 12am.

An announcement will be made at the reception indicating who will be able to take the centerpieces home.

Yes, Social Media posting will be allowed during the cocktail hour and the full reception, but NOT during the ceremony.
