Both events are at The 9 Hotel. Guests attending the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner will be notified.

*Rehearsal in the Millet Room 6:00pm-6:30pm.

*Rehearsal dinner in the Tiffany Crescent Room 6:30pm- 9:00pm

SATURDAY 12/21/24

Bridesmaids get hair and makeup done at The 9 Hotel. Hair and makeup starts 10:00am. Women take limo to venue 4:15pm.

Groomsmen gather at venue 4:30pm sharp.

*4:00pm-4:30pm: Wedding party arrives.

*5:00pm-5:25pm Guest arrival

*5:30pm-6:00pm: Ceremony

*6:00pm-7:00pm: Cocktail hour in the foyer of venue.

*7:00pm-7:30pm: Grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, speeches.

*7:30: Blessing followed by dinner. Dinner is a plated meal.

*8:45pm: Dance floor opens.

*11:30pm: Bar closes

*11:45pm: Last song.

*12:00am: Event concludes, guests depart on shuttles.

*12:00am-12:30am: Clean up and all items leave Stillwater Place.
