The wedding will be held at at Starr Lake Vineyards: 6025 Starr Rd, Windsor, CA 95492.
What is the shuttle schedule from the hotels?
Shuttle service will be picking up guests at:
Hampton Inn (8937 Brooks Road South, Windsor).
Shuttle will arrive at 3:00pm and will depart promptly at 3:15pm.
Hotel Trio (110 Dry Creek Road, Healdsburg).
Shuttle will arrive at 3:00pm and will depart promptly at 3:15pm.
Return shuttles will depart the venue at 9:00pm and 10:00pm to the following locations:
Holiday Inn Express: 8865 Conde Ln, Windsor.
Hampton Inn: 8937 Brooks Road South, Windsor.
Hotel Trio: 110 Dry Creek Road, Healdsburg, CA.
The Elephant In The Room Bar: 177 A Healdsburg Avenue, Healdsburg.
What time is the ceremony and what time should I arrive by?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. We kindly ask that you arrive by 3:30pm to allow plenty of time for parking and seating, so we can begin on time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
What is the dress code?
We'd love for you to join us in cocktail or semi-formal attire, but above all, please come as you're comfortable and ready for the night of festivities!
(In case you'd like to avoid matching with the bridal party - they will be dressed in champagne colors)
Other Attire Considerations
The ceremony will be held on a grassy lawn, so please keep this in mind when selecting your shoe choice. Additionally, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be held outdoors, so we recommend preparing for the elements (sun, wind, chilly evenings, etc.)
Can I bring a guest?
While we would absolutely love everyone to attend, due to limited capacity, we unfortunately are not able to accomodate additional guests. We can only allow the people formally named or indicated as "guest" on your wedding invitation (including Save the Dates). Thank you very much your understanding and cooperation!
Can I bring my children?
As much as we love all your little ones, we regretfully are unable to accomodate children at the ceremony and reception with the exception of immediate family or bridal party. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!
Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options?
Yes, our dinner buffet will include vegan/vegetarian, and gluten free options. Upon RSVPing, please indicate your main dish of choice.
Is there parking available at the venue?
On-site parking is available. Attendants will direct guests to the reserved area upon arrival. There is limited space, so we recommend carpooling if possible! Please use the venue’s address (not venue name) for directions and follow signs to the event barn. Access is only available via Starr Rd; we ask that you avoid entering from Eastside Rd.
Can I take ride-share to the venue?
Yes, but please note that ride-share availability in the area is limited, so we recommend planning ahead. Be sure to enter the full venue address to ensure accurate directions.
Do you have room blocks available for our stay?
Yes, we have room blocks available that offer discounted group rates. All room blocks are a 2-night minimum stay. Please visit the "Travel" tab on this site to learn more and book directly using our link. Note: these room blocks do have an expiration date and are limited in quantity - so please consider this when making your travel arrangements.
Will all the festivities take place at the same location?
Yes, the ceremony and reception will all take place at the same venue, so there’s no need to worry about traveling between locations.
