Due to limited seating at the venue we will not be able to accommodate extra guests. All invited guests will be included on the RSVP.

No children will be attending the wedding ceremony/reception except immediate nieces and nephews and the ones whom are in the wedding. The names on the invitation will be the only ones who are invited.

The wedding will be October 4th, 2025 in Hiddenite, NC. 3792 Cheatham Ford Rd Hiddenite, NC 28636

The ceremony will start at 4:30pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to ensure you are seated when the ceremony begins.

Cocktail attire

YES! Beer and wine will be served from 5:00-9:00 pm. Please plan accordingly to ensure you have safe transportation after the event. Vehicles CANNOT be left overnight on property.

Please RSVP by August 16th so that we can plan accordingly. Anyone who has not RSVP’d by this date will not be accounted for and will not have a seat.
