Welcome to our wedding website! This site is your go-to for all the important details about our wedding day. We’ve tried to cover it all, but if we’ve missed something, feel free to reach out! We know that for many of you, attending means travelling a long distance - and we also understand it can be a big expense. While we’d love nothing more than to have everyone we care about in one place, we completely understand if you’re unable to make the trip. Your love and support mean the world to us, whether you’re able to be there in person or are cheering us on from afar. We can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with those who are able to join us.

Our Wedding

The venueThe ceremony and reception will take place outdoors at Jess’s parents’ small farm, about 10–15 minutes from the CBD. It’s a place that’s incredibly special to her and her family, and we can’t wait to share it with you. Arrival timeYou may begin arriving to the venue at 3:30pm, allowing yourself time to find a park in the allocated parking space and then making your way to the ceremony location. Out of respect for the bride and groom, please do not arrive earlier than this or later than 3:50pm. Staying comfortableWe’ll have sunscreen and bug spray available to keep everyone comfortable. There will also be plenty of shade from the trees as we move into canapés and reception.While the weather during the day can be warm (28 - 30 degrees), evenings can be a bit more unpredictable and may have a spring chill. We recommend wearing light clothing to stay cool while the sun is out and packing a jacket or coat in case the temperature drops in the evening. Reception Following canapé hour, we’ll move into an outdoor, seated garden reception. Speeches will be shared throughout the evening, and we’ll wrap dinner up with a delicious dessert. Selecting your mealWhen you RSVP, please include your meal selection—if we don’t hear from you, we’ll choose something delicious for you. You can check out all the options under the Reception Menu tab. AlcoholWe both don't drink so no alcohol will be provided on the day. We believe a great time can be had without it!We’ll have plenty of water and non-alcoholic refreshments available throughout the evening. That said, if you’d like to bring something a little more celebratory, you're very welcome to BYO. We’ll have somewhere to keep your drinks chilled.We kindly ask that any alcohol stays in your car until after the ceremony, out of respect for the couple and the tone of that moment. Once the formalities are done, feel free to responsibly enjoy whatever you’ve brought along. Dress codeDressy casual—think garden party vibes! Since both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors, and there will be some walking between different spots on the farm (gotta get those steps up!), we recommend comfy shoes (maybe avoid stilettos on the grass!). Also, be sure to take the weather into account. Getting to and from the venueAt this stage, we won’t be providing transport to and from the venue. If you're planning to have a drink, we recommend having a Plan B to avoid any unexpected red and blue lights!While there’s no public transport nearby, Ubers and taxis can get to us. Carpooling in the Uber or arranging a designated driver is a great way to ensure everyone gets home safely and affordably. ChildrenIf you’re not planning a kid-free night, your little ones are more than welcome to join us! Just a heads-up—the day is taking place on a farm, which means there are animals that bite (sometimes fingers look like carrots) and areas of open water. We kindly ask that you keep a close eye on your children throughout the celebrations so everyone stays safe and happy.If your kids will be coming along, please pop their names on the RSVP. While there won’t be a separate children’s menu, the food on offer should still go down a treat. Dancing There won’t be a big dance party to close out the night, but we’ll have plenty of fun celebrating in other ways! After the formalities, we can all head home and make sure we get our beauty sleep for the optional day at the dam. The only dancing of the night will be the two formal dances (with a Quinn and Jess personal touch)—so feel free to sit back, relax, and enjoy the evening! GiftsThe best gift is your presence on our special day. However, should you wish to spoil us with a gift, a contribution to our wishing well would be appreciated. RSVPIf you have been invited as a couple or with a +1, you will be able to RSVP for the both of you under one name. Search for your 'invite' with your first and last name. As the questions pop up, be sure to check the name underneath so you respond correctly for each guest.

Things to know 

You get to choose your meal! To assist our caterer in efficiently preparing a delicious array of meals, we ask you select a meal from the menu below and include it in your RSVP.In the RSVP you will be asked to list your choice of sides (2 in total) and sauce (if needed). You are welcome to order 2 of the same sides i.e. salad and salad, or mix it up i.e. chips and veg. If no meal is submitted with your RSVP, we will choose for you :) MEAL MENU 1. Order of events

We’ve heard the big day flies by—so we might not get to spend as much time with you as we’d like! While we’ll be busy in the lead-up, we’d love the chance to relax and catch up the day after. Join us at Chaffey Dam on the 2nd November 2025 for some fun out on the water. We’ll have a jetski, tow tubes, and kneeboards for the thrill-seekers, or you can chill out on the shore with snacks, music, and games. Let us know in your RSVP if you would like to come along - we'd love to see you there!

The day after

No accomodation will be provided on the farm (at the venue) but there are plenty of other places to stay nearby. Airbnb has some great options that are affordable and will immerse you in the country lifestyle. Alternativley, there is a range of low through to high end motels spread throughout the town, including just down the road from us (Stockmans Motel), to smack bang in the CBD. As with all towns there are always good spots and bad spots. If you are looking on airbnb and have narrowed down your options, we are happy to guide you on your choice.

Set on 10-acres, Stockmans Motel offers free WiFi and free on-site parking. Each room includes a patio, a TV and a dining area. Located in Tamworth, Stockmans Motel is is 5 minutes' drive from the famous Golden Guitar. It is 15 minutes' drive from Tamworth Marsupial Park and Walk A Country Mile Museum. All air-conditioned rooms offer a TV, a microwave, a refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities and free breakfast cereal and juice. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower.

Stockmans Motel

Goonoo Goonoo Station in Tamworth provides accommodations with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and a garden. Boasting luggage storage space, this property also welcomes guests with a restaurant and a sun terrace. Both free WiFi and private parking are available at the resort. All guest rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, fridge, a coffee machine, a shower and a wardrobe. The rooms come with a private bathroom, and some rooms are equipped with a balcony. The Golden Guitar is 11 mi from Goonoo Goonoo Station. Featuring an outdoor pool, barbecue and picnic facilities, Quest Tamworth is just 5 minutes’ drive from the center of town. A private balcony or patio is standard in all apartments. Free parking is available on site. Quest Apartments Tamworth is 5 minutes’ drive from Tamworth Botanical Gardens, and 10 minutes’ drive from Tamworth Showgrounds. Tamworth Airport is a 20-minute drive away. Laundry facilities and a full kitchen, as well as an open-plan lounge and dining area are standard in all apartments. The Gallery Restaurant and bar offers casual dining from Monday to Thursday evenings, excluding public holidays. Located in West Tamworth, Ashby on Ebsworth is within 10-minute walk of local shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. All rooms include air conditioning and an private bathroom with hairdryer. There is also a seating area and ironing facilities in each room. The restaurant and bar offers relaxed dining with fresh quality produce and great service.
