Will there be alcohol available?
Yes, there will be selections of wine and champagne served during cocktail hour and during the reception.
What Is The Dress Code?
Semi-Formal or Business Casual
Can I Bring a Date?
If your formal invitation says "and Guest" then yes. If not, due to the venue capacity we can't host any additional guests that do not receive formal invitations. Plus one's are only allowed if indicated on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding.
Are Children Invited?
Due to the venue capacity, only children related to the family of the couple can attend.
Are There Hotel Accommodations Available?
Yes, we have reserved group rates for hotels for our wedding guests. Please click the "Travel" tab for hotel information.
Is There A Gift Registry?
Yes, absolutely! Click the link titled "Registry" and you will be taken directly to our wedding registry. We thank you in advance for the love shown to us.
Am I allowed to take photos/videos at the wedding? Can I post them to social media?
During the ceremony, NO PHOTOGRAPHY WILL BE ALLOWED. We have hired a photographer to document the day. Once cocktail hour has started, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like.
When Is The Last Day to RSVP?
The final day to RSVP (online or through mail) will be August 31st, 2025.
Where Is The Ceremony Being Held? At What Time?
The Pilot Mountain Vineyards: 1162 Bradley Rd, Pinnacle, NC, 27043. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00PM and the reception at 6:00PM
