When should I plan to arrive and depart?
Plan to ARRIVE at Tulum or Cancun airport anytime BEFORE 4PM on Thursday April 3rd to give yourself enough time before the 7PM Welcome party. **Early arrivers to Unico (before 4pm) plan to leave your luggage with concierge until your room is ready. All-Inclusive starts as soon as you are checked-in! Plan to DEPART on or after Sunday, April 6th. As a reminder you must stay a minimum of 3 nights, but you can enjoy a discounted rate for up to 7 nights. Please work with our travel concierge if you wish to extend your stay.
Which Airport should I fly into for Unico 20 87?
Unico is an estimated 70 minutes away from both Cancun and Tulum airports. Feel free to fly into either.
How do we get from the airport to Unico?
Roundtrip transportation from either Tulum or Cancun airport is included. Please ensure our travel agent knows your flight details for accurate pick up and drop off times and locations.
Will we have free time?
Of course! Outside planned wedding events like Thursday's welcome party and Saturday's wedding events, please enjoy what Unico has to offer.

Can I ask for reservations or other services BEFORE I arrive?
Guests can email prearrivalhost@unicohotelrm.com to request a certain aromatherapy scent, book dinner reservations or stock your room with available premium drinks and snacks prior to your arrival.
What's the deal with golfing?
Golf at Hard Rock Golf Course is located around 25 min away from the Resort (pickups are around 1 hour prior to the tee time)
Rate for Tee times from 7:08 am to 7:59 am Morning Fee rate $200 USD per person
Rate for Tee Times from 8:00AM to 13:00 hrs Green Fee Rate $250 USD per person
Rate for Tee Times after 13:05 hrs Twilight Fee Rate $180 USD per person (only 9 holes guarantee, rain check not apply).
