Our Wedding

We met on Hinge (a dating app) in San Diego, and our journey began with a perfect first date in February 2023—watching the sunset on Coronado Beach, followed by dinner at Coronado Brewing Company. From that night on, our story began to unfold. As we got to know each other, we discovered our shared love for adventure—exploring national parks, hiking, camping, and spending days at the beach. Beyond our shared hobbies, our desire to grow closer to Jesus was at the forefront of our relationship. Built on a foundation of faith, love, and mutual encouragement, our relationship has been shaped by our commitment to following Jesus wholeheartedly as we begin our lifelong partnership. Through prayer, worship, and leaning on God in every season, we have strengthened not only our love for each other but also our trust in His plan for our lives. Along the way, we uncovered a playful rivalry—Tyler, a lifelong Giants fan from Northern California, and Jessica, a devoted Dodgers fan from Los Angeles. Despite our opposing baseball loyalties, we found common ground in our love for family, friends, and our personal relationships with Jesus. After almost two years of adventures and growth as a couple, on November 24, 2024, Tyler popped the question. On the same beach where it all began, we got engaged, making Coronado Beach forever a part of our love story. We can't wait to celebrate this next chapter with you!

Traveling from Sacramento International Airport (SMF) to Newcastle, California is straightforward and takes about 40–50 minutes, depending on traffic. Here are your options: 🚗 By Car (Fastest &amp; Most Convenient) – 35-45 minutesTake I-5 South from the airport.Merge onto I-80 East toward Reno.Take Exit 116 for Newcastle Road.Follow Newcastle Road into town. 🚙 Rental Cars are available at SMF, or you can use rideshare services like Uber/Lyft. 🚕 By Uber/Lyft or Taxi – 35-50 minutesAn Uber/Lyft ride will cost around $50–$80 depending on demand.Taxis are available but may be more expensive.
