What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony starts at 5pm Saturday May 20, 2023. We implore that our guests arrive by 4pm to park and to get situated.
What is the dress code?
Formal dress code please. Dress to impress in your finest dresses and suits! The wedding colors are sapphire blue, white and silver/grey. So please try not to wear those colors. Black is totally fine to wear to our wedding.
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The wedding ceremony and the cocktail hour will be outside at the Lakeside Lawn and deck. The reception will be inside the Lakeview Terrace room.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes there will be.
Can I bring plus ones?
Unfortunately no. If your invitation has only your name then only you are invited. Seating is limited so we invited close family and friends.
What type of food and drinks will be served during cocktail hour and reception?
Reception will be open buffet with coffee, tea and dessert bar. Cocktail hour will have appetizers passed around. Drinks will be open bar but please tip the bartender!
Will the venue accomodate allergies and dietary restrictions?
Yes. We have guests that are vegetarians, gluten allergies and more so we will mention to our caterer.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes it will be open bar but please bring cash to tip the bartender.
Would hotel rooms be available to book?
Yes, we highly recommend booking a room for one night since we will have an open bar. The wedding is up in the mountains with a winding road so we recommend you get a room so you can have lots of fun and not worry about driving please. To book a room, visit lakearrowheadresortandspa.com and make reservations as soon as possible.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
Yes of course! We will have a proffessional photographer taking pictures but no videographer. We will also have a photo booth as well.

When is the RSVP deadline?
You must RSVP by April 30, 2023 so we can tell the venue our final numbers by the first week of May
Do you have a wedding registry?
Yes the wedding registry will be on our wedding website theknot.com/finalleedavis
Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
Yes please do! We will have a table for gifts and a money/gift card box at the wedding. If you don't want to bring your gift to the wedding, you can send the gift to our home 31 Franciscan Place, Pomona, CA

When will the reception end? Will there be an after party?
Reception ends at 10:30. We will either have an after party in the lobby or in our suite.
What health and safety measures will you be taking at the event?
First precaution is Covid. We will be asking our guests to take a Covid test the week of the wedding. You may wear your masks if you want since the reception is inside.
It is an open bar but we will ask that guests do not drink and drive.
How will we communicate any updated information or changes before the wedding?
We will let you know in person or through text.
