Everyone who books through the hotel block will be counted towards the provided shuttle service. The shuttles are scheduled to leave at 4:15pm from the hotel to arrive for the 5:00pm ceremony start time.

You are more than welcome to choose your own accommodations! However, please note that you will not be included in the transportation to and from the venue.
