Wedding Update

A kid from Chicago and a California girl met in 2016.&nbsp; Both of us&nbsp;were in medical school at Michigan State University, fundraising for a student organization.&nbsp; Numbers were exchanged and conversations were started.&nbsp; Guillermo came to visit Jessica in Grand Rapids for her birthday and the rest is history.&nbsp; Since then,&nbsp; we&nbsp;have been inseparable through life's adventures.&nbsp; We have been blessed with a wonderful life and are so excited for the future.&nbsp; We would love for you to join us in celebrating our next big step in our journey and hope to see you on our wedding day.

Can I bring a guest?

If your invitation has “and guest”, you are more than welcome to bring your friend of choice!&nbsp; For those invitations without that designation, we wish we could have more friends at our wedding, but we unfortunately cannot fit everyone within our beautiful venue.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Are kids allowed?

Las Vegas is a&nbsp;fun city to get away from it all and let loose!&nbsp; We’d love to offer you a fun night on the town!&nbsp; Guests 11+ are welcome to come and join in on the fun.

Is there a dress code?

Tonight is the night to dress up! Look good, feel good!&nbsp; Out of respect for our venue, we will follow country club dress code rules.&nbsp;&nbsp;We kindly ask for no tank-tops, cut off shorts, tee shirts, or shirts without collars.

Our courtesy offer is a room rate discount of 20%.&nbsp;Please note the discount applies to the base rate only; this discount does not apply to the Resort Fee or Clark County Room Tax.&nbsp;Rates are guaranteed after reservation has been confirmed with a valid hotel confirmation number.&nbsp;These rates are subject to surcharges and other rates and charges as set forth below.Room types, including Deluxe and Golf View and one-bedroom Executive Suites, are on a space available basis.&nbsp;All guest rooms are&nbsp;non-smoking.&nbsp;Rates are per room, per night for single or double occupancy and do not include Clark County Room Tax, an additional 13%.&nbsp;&nbsp;Room tax is subject to increase without notice.&nbsp;Requested triple and quad occupancy will be surcharged an additional $10.00 per adult, per room nightly plus tax.&nbsp;Children age fifteen and under, in the same room with parents in existing bedding, are free.&nbsp;Room Rates are not guaranteed until a valid hotel confirmation number is given and first night’s deposit for room and tax has been paid.&nbsp;The Suncoast has a mandatory $27.99 plus tax per room daily resort fee, which is in addition to room and tax charges. Resort fee tax is 13%.&nbsp;Resort fee benefits include access to the 24-hour fitness center, Wi-Fi in the guest rooms, single serve coffee brewers, in-room safe, in-room refrigerator, unlimited toll free and local telephone calls, wake up service and paging. The hotel surcharges credit card, long distance, and special assistance operator calls. Benefits are subject to change without notice.&nbsp;Reservations will be accepted on a space available basis as to accommodations and room rates.&nbsp;Rates increase as inventory is sold; encouraging your guests to book early will give the advantage of a lower room rate.&nbsp;Guests may begin making reservations immediately.&nbsp;Website reservations: To receive your special group rate individuals are encouraged to make their reservation through the Hotel's website at&nbsp;<a href="http://www.suncoastcasino.com/groups" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">http://www.suncoastcasino.com/groups</a>; they will be required to enter the assigned Reservation ID:&nbsp;ZWEDD21&nbsp;to retrieve your special rates.&nbsp;Toll free reservations: Individuals may also call the Hotel's Room Reservations Department direct at 866-636-7111 and identify themselves as members of a group and referencing the group ID:&nbsp;&nbsp;ZWEDD21Without this Reservation ID, they will not receive the special rate as noted in this courtesy letter.&nbsp;Again, reservations are based upon availability.&nbsp;First night's room and tax will be required when making reservation. Guests will be responsible for their own entire accounts.
