The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive at the Mountain View Menagerie about 3:30.

Semi-formal, bonus points for western flare! LOOKS LIKE IT WILL BE HOT!!! Be comfortable and ready to dance! Feel free to add pops of color, but please avoid jeans and shades of white. The ceremony will be outdoors, so bring sunglasses and wear shoes suited for a little dirt.

Colorado weather can be unpredictable, but expect a very WARM day and a cooler evening.

There is no transportation for getting to the venue . We recommend uber, lyft, and carpooling. There IS however a shuttle bus that will go from the venue to The Boot Grille and nearby hotels, right after the wedding finishes at 10PM . The shuttle is available until 1:30 AM, and you may request them to stop if you are staying in the Johnstown/Loveland/Windsor area.

There’s plenty of parking available at the venue! However, we encourage coordinating rides or carpooling—especially if you plan to enjoy a drink or two. Uber's & Lyft's Available in the area. Vehicles can be left onsite and picked up before 11am on Sunday.

For comfort: Browse VRBO or Airbnb options in Loveland, Windsor, or Fort Collins. For a unique experience: The Elizabeth Hotel in downtown Fort Collins (25 minutes away) offers an upscale, artsy vibe.

While we adore the little ones, we kindly ask that only children specifically named on the invitation join us. If you need help finding a babysitter for the evening, feel free to reach out to the bride!
