<p>Ricky and Jessica met during the COVID pandemic through a dating application on Facebook in July 2020.  They had previously met in passing while participating at Centre County Law Enforcement Camp Cadet.  They had their first date at Panera Bread in State College, PA for coffee.  On September 15, 2020, Ricky asked Jessica to become his girlfriend.  In late October, Ricky and Jessica found out they would be expecting in June 2021.  They had their beautiful baby girl, Rayne Deborah on May 31, 2021.  In October 2021, while on a wine trip in Watkins Glen, NY, Ricky asked Jessica to be his wife.  She , of course said yes.  He proposed to her with a beautiful rose gold diamond ring, which she absolutely loved.  </p>
