Wedding Party

Nicole Millette (Sister)
Nicole Millette (Sister) - Maid of Honor
Nicole, I could not imagine having anyone else as my maid of honor. You are not only my sister, but also my biggest supporter. Growing up with you has been a blessing. Mom was right you definitely needed me in your life. I sure do keep you entertained. I always enjoy spending time with you and causing chaos for everyone around us. I love that we have only gotten closer through the years. Any time we are together I know we are in for an adventure. I wish we lived closer so we could annoy Eric and Christian more than we already do. I love that we stay connected by sending each other 100's of videos even though we don't answer each other. You have you own unique style and I love that about you. I still laugh when you compare our clothing choices...I know you still say that I dress like an old lady. I think I have gotten better over the years though :). Nicole, you are kind, generous and compassionate. You are the best nurse I have ever met. You have such a nurturing presence and I know you truly found your calling. Thank you for being an inspiration and someone I can look up to. Nicole, you are the best sister I could ask for and I am so lucky to have you in my life and by my side always.
Nina Doerr (Cousin)
Nina Doerr (Cousin) - Bridesmaid
Nina, you and I have always had a strong bond for as long as I can remember. I loved that when we were younger, people would always think you, Nicole, and I were triplets. When we would go to Hersheypark and someone would ask my parents if they had 3 daughters, without any hesitation the answer was always yes. I loved when you lived in Ohio on the “roller-coaster road”. We would laugh until we pulled into the driveway and beg to take another trip up and down the road. Remember when we had my dad turn the back of his truck bed into a picnic area for us to sit in? You and I ate countless donuts while we baked in the sun. As we got older, you and I would joke that God must've been separated us at birth because there's no way our parents could have handled us together! Boy, was he right? One of the highlights of my day is receiving your Snapchat videos telling me all about your day. I love that you are so expressive in the videos. I think our parents would agree that we share this quality! Nina, our relationship goes beyond being cousins. You are truly like a sister to me and I couldn't imagine getting married without you by my side.
Kiley Karafa (Future Sister-In-Law)
Kiley Karafa (Future Sister-In-Law) - Bridesmaid
Kiley, you are truly one of a kind in the best possible way. Your independent mindset, carefree attitude, and loving energy are just a few of the things that make you, you. I can always count on you to crack a joke (at times during an inappropriate time to be laughing) that will have me laughing until I have tears in my eyes. Your laughter is contagious! What I love most about you is how you make others feel seen and valued. Kiley, I love that you are the kind of person who will stand up for others and will cheer them on for completing the smallest or silliest task. I am very excited to continue to create more memories together and can’t wait to see what the future holds for you. I hope you know that I feel incredibly blessed to be gaining you as my sister.
Maria Bova
Maria Bova - Bridesmaid
Maria, from the moment we met at YSU, I knew you would be stuck with me for life! You were there through some of my hardest days and always brought a smile to my face. Maria, you have always been a constant in my life and I thank God that he brought us together. Our long chats, campus walks, and work days at the Bursar’s office are memories I will never forget. I still remember all the times you read me your daily horoscope and then asked me what it meant, even though you knew that I had no idea. If it weren’t for you, this wedding never would have been a possibility. I am so thankful you asked me to be a part of your research project because it brought me to the love of my life. Eric thanks you too :)
Sara Sandora
Sara Sandora - Bridesmaid
Sara, where do I even start? I don’t even remember when or how we started hanging out, but it feels like forever ago. For those who do not know, Sara was not even in my class, but it always felt like she was because she was always with us. She effortlessly became a part of our friend group as if she was meant to be there from the start. Sara, through the years, we have shared countless laughs and memories. You are the friend in the group that keeps the friend group alive. Your yearly hosting of Friendsgiving and Friendsmas are two get togethers I always look forward to. Sara, you are such a great host. Guys, she even sends out invitations as if we do not know that we are already invited!! You always make a point to reach out and plan breakfast, lunch, or dinner dates. I still regularly think about that darn cinnamon roll from The Landmark Bakery. Sara, I know people say this all the time, but you truly are the kind of person who lights up the room when you walk in. She will probably disagree, but it is true. Sara, your friendship means the world to me and I am so thankful you became part of the friend group all those years ago.
Sarah Miller
Sarah Miller - Bridesmaid
Sarah, I could probably fill multiple books with all of the memories we have together. Some include our countless sleepovers, your mom buying us “taco trash”, and even the time we ate an entire tub of cookie dough (your dad was not too happy…love you JP). I truly miss the insane breakfasts your parent’s cooked for us the morning after a sleepover. I loved going to watch you race your Jr. Dragster in the early hours of the morning and staying until I was bitten alive by mosquitos. You also were the first person to try to teach me how to ice skate. Emphasis on the try part. I bet you thought I forgot about the time you skated over my finger after I fell, didn’t you? :) You always came up with ideas to keep us entertained like Kinect dance parties to sledding down your hill on trash bags. By the way, I am pretty sure your parent’s driveway taught most of our friend group how to do a 3-point-turn. After all these years, I can’t believe we found one more thing to share...an anniversary date! Thank you for always being your authentic self, it is one of the many reasons I am so lucky to call you my friend.
Dina Boukis
Dina Boukis - Bridesmaid
Dina, meeting you in PA school truly was a blessing. From the endless hours of studying, pep talks, and sleepless nights you were always someone I could relate to and count on. I am so thankful for all the laughs and memories we made together. I loved being one of the “triplets” with you and Alexis in PA school. Though, I do wish I got grades as good as you and Alexis :) I was honored to stand by your side on your big day last year and am so happy to have you by my side this year. Dina, you have such a kind heart. You genuinely care about others and it truly shows. I know anytime we hangout, there will be lots of laughs and yummy snacks. While I have so many memories with you, my favorite will always be driving you through the Taco Bell drive-thru. Having you in my life has meant the world to me Dina, and I am beyond grateful for your friendship. From one bridesmaid to another, thank you for being part of this beautiful journey with me.
Alexis Lock
Alexis Lock - Bridesmaid
Alexis, my Scorpio buddy and crime loving best friend! I am so glad that PA school brought us together. It may not have been the best time of my life, but you sure did help make it more manageable. Watching crime YouTube videos with you instead of studying is one of my favorite memories. I do think it may have made us a bit more on edge since we didn’t even want to put gas in our cars alone :). I always enjoyed when you would go through our old makeup and give Dina and I whatever you did not want. I still remember the night when you and Dina gave me a makeover. I ended up writing down everything you told me so that I could try to recreate it. Of course, it never looked as good as it did that night. It makes me so happy that Jake and Eric have become great friends over the years. I love that when we all hangout they basically ignore us and have their own conversations. Alexis, you are someone I can count on and trust. I am incredibly thankful for our friendship and am blessed to have you standing by my side just as I did for you 2 years ago on your special day.
