Where will you be getting married?
We will be getting married at the Barcelo Maya Palace all-inclusive resort in Riveria Maya, Mexico! Here is a link to the resort:
How can I book a room?
We will be working with our travel agent, Sally Smith, to organize room reservations. Once you have RSVP, you can call or email her to book your room. Below are the pieces of information she will need to book your room.
-Passport names and birthdates
-How many people in room and which type of room.
-Phone numbers, email addresses, addresses.
-Payment of $100 per room.

How long is the trip?
We will be staying at the resort for 5 days starting from Sunday, June 14th, 2026, to Friday, June 19th, 2026. Our wedding ceremony will be on Tuesday, June 16th, 2026.
Do I have to stay for the full 5 days?
Absolutely not! You are welcome to choose how ever long you would like your stay to be. 3 or 4 night room options are available. If anyone wants to extend their stay longer, we just have to request it with the resort for pricing and availability. You can request a shorter or longer stay with our travel agent, Sally, when you book your room!
How will we get to Mexico and the resort
The flight information will be available around the end of July, 2025. It will have flights through Delta going round trip. Once we land in Cancun Mexico, there will be a shuttle service provided by the resort to take us directly there.
When air prices come out, a $100 per person deposit will secure the air, with final payment by April 1, 2026.
Will there be any Travel Insurance for the trip?
Travel insurance will be available at a later date. The travel insurance will cover medical expenses during the trip, as well as cancelling before or during the trip due to medical emergencies. Please make sure to ask our travel Agent, Sally, for more Information.
Do I need a passport to travel to mexico?
Yes! You will need to have an up to date passport that will not expire before the trip. Your passport information will be needed for reserving your plane ticket. Enhanced License will not be accepted for entry to Mexico.
Passport names (including middle names) and birthdates are required to confirm reservation.
Passports should be valid through December 2026.
If you don't have a passport yet, we can still hold room with deposit, as long as we have legal names.
