The South Rim of the Grand Canyon is a ~3.5 hour drive north from Phoenix. This would be a great day trip if you're planning to come in early or stay another day!

Sedona is a ~2 hour drive north of Phoenix. Go hiking, take a Pink Jeep tour, or just drive through Red Rock Country.

The Phoenix Mountain Preserve is about a 15min drive from downtown Phoenix and a 20min drive from North Scottsdale. It's a great place for a morning or evening hike, and is one of Jess & Isaac's favorite places to go hiking in the valley.
