Our Wedding

Jess and Andrew met 4th of July weekend of 2020 in the middle of the pandemic. Jess was living at her off campus college apartment that summer completing her first fieldwork placement for her occupational therapy degree, and Andrew was living in another building after moving out on his own. Unknowingly, Andrew lived in the building behind Jess. The Friday of 4th of July weekend, Jess decided that she was going to go for a dip in the neighborhood pool after work. Andrew was there with his friends and eventually roped her into their conversation. When it came time to leave the pool, Andrew asked Jess for her phone number. Andrew and Jess then set up their first date the following week and continued to talk over the next 2 months. Though Andrew will say he was sure they were an official couple after a few weeks, they made their relationship "official" on August 31st, 2020 after Jess built up the courage to admit Andrew was the one. Sharing the same sense of humor, goofiness, love of craft beer, and travel, Jess and Andrew began their adventure together. Jess told Andrew she did not want to stay in PA following graduation from OT school in 2021, and Andrew happily told her he would go wherever she went. They spent 2 and a half years in South Carolina before moving back to PA in September of 2024 and realized they had become each other's home no matter where they were living. Andrew proposed on July 18th, 2024 during their summer vacation at Jess' favorite place: her aunt's house in Hector, New York. The proposal was intimate, with just the two of them present; they went for a walk and facetimed Jess' mom and Andrew's parents after the proposal and before returning back to Jess' aunt's house where the annual family reunion was taking place, waiting to be congratulated and celebrated by her dad's family. They could not be more excited to celebrate this next chapter of their lives with their family and friends!

Cam and I met working at Dairy Queen back in 2015 when I was a senior in high school and she was a junior. It all started with a Snapchat Streak that is still going strong at 2,600+ days and the rest is history!

I met Tori back in 7th grade when our lockers were only separated by one empty one; we were in the same homeroom all throughout high school and have remained close through college and starting our jobs in the real world.

I met Mel in one of our freshman year Occupational Therapy classes. We became closest during junior year and later during senior year and grad school when we were roommates. Though we moved in complete opposite directions after graduation, we have always remained close friends.

I met Krystal working at my first job post graduation at Encompass Health in Florence, SC. Krystal is an OT assistant, and she and I clicked instantly with our love of running; we knew we would be best friends from the start.

Danny and I started out in different friend groups, but eventually crossed paths at fairview park. From that day on, our bond only grew stronger; we knew we could never be separated. Even through life's toughest challenges, we've always found a way to push forward and keep our friendship alive.

After meeting Evan on a porch of a mutual friend and spending more time with him, I realized that in any situation, Evan was always going to be there, ready to do whatever he could for me. Now we work side by side everyday conquering challenges together and proving our friendship can withstand anything.

Though the beginning of how we met was a rough one (well for Chad) we didn't know after that day I would end up in his wedding and he would be in mine. Through the years we have watched each other grow in so many aspects in our lives. Let me be the first to tell you, you won't find another friend like Chad.

Dustyn was the first friend I made in South Carolina. Oddly enough, he walked up to me without introducing himself and said a random fun fact. Turns out that was the start of our friendship. We got promoted twice together due the competition we started just to get by during work. I knew right away this was someone I wanted to be friends with for the rest of my life.

So when I say "My brother from another mother" this is it. Peter and I met in 6th grade. All it took was him saying "Im adopted from Russia" then me screaming "ME TOO". From that moment on, we spent every weekend together. Eventually he moved, and I thought this was it. Years later we reconnected. Since then our friendship has gown throughout our adulthood. We always check in, snapchat, or at least be present in every for we can.

There will be transportation provided by the wedding party from this location to and from the venue. Pickup from the hotel will be at 3:15pm to ensure prompt arrival for the ceremony. There will be an early option shuttle back to the hotels at 8:30pm and 2nd shuttle at 10pm when the reception has ended. This is a favorite spot of the bride and groom. Troeg's is one of Hershey's largest and most popular breweries. They offer tours at select times and have amazing food and drinks of course! Feel free to check them out or any of the other local breweries in the area.
