There are many hotels, motels, lodges, and Airbnbs along the lake to choose from! October is the tail end of tourist season in Lake George, but there are many pop-up fall events in the area during this time. Please ensure you book your lodging accommodations sooner rather than later!

The Lodges at Blue Water Manor are onsite at the wedding venue and have a total of 55 rooms on property. Guests are welcome to stay with us and party all night long! There are 20 rooms in the room block that are reserved for guests staying 2 nights and based on availability. The current rates and minimum nights stay will apply. The remaining 35 rooms can be booked for one or more nights. Please note, check in time is 3:00 pm. While we try our best to accommodate early check-ins, we cannot guarantee rooms be ready prior to 3:00 pm.

The Lodges At Blue Water Manor

North Lodge is located ¾ of a mile north of the Blue Water Manor property. North Lodge houses 35 rooms. Rates are based on double person occupancy; for each additional person, including children, there is a charge of $15.00 extra per day, per additional person. All rooms have a maximum of a four-person occupancy per room

The annual&nbsp;West Mountain&nbsp;Fall Festival is a celebration of the harvest, fall foliage, and everything else that makes those crisp fall days in the Adirondacks so fantastic. This&nbsp;two-weekend-long event&nbsp;offers a ton of fall&nbsp;activities for the entire family!&nbsp;Family activities at the West Mountain Fall Festival include fall favorites like&nbsp;<a href="https://www.visitlakegeorge.com/listing/scenic-chairlift-rides-and-hikes-at-west-mountain/1394/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">a scenic chairlift ride</a>,&nbsp;<a href="https://www.visitlakegeorge.com/listing/west-mountains-treetop-aerial-adventure-park/1944/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">aerial treetop adventure course</a>, live music, mountaintop picnic, mountain biking, scenic hikes, brewery tastings, bounce slide, pumpkin painting, and more! Other activities include&nbsp;a keg toss for those over 21 and a petting zoo with pony rides. The West Mountain Fall Festival will have both indoor and outdoor vendors.&nbsp;Local crafters, artists, and specialty food trucks&nbsp;will be on hand to make this event unforgettable.

This is a huge event that takes place every year in Warrensburg from Oct 3rd-5th! With over 500 vendors stretching the length of Main Street and throughout many of Warrensburg’s residential neighborhoods, the Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce presents the annual World’s Largest Garage Sale! Shoppers can expect to find new and old items, antiques, collectibles, toys, and much, much more! You will have no problem finding something to eat in Warrensburg, as there are street food vendors EVERYWHERE - selling everything from chicken wings, and BBQ ribs to gourmet chicken pitas and home baked goods.
