Please book hotels as soon as possible as there is a SU football game the same weekend. While we do have room blocks in place, the hotels only allocate a small number of rooms for our block at a time and will only add more if our current block has been filled and there are still rooms available. For those who have a car and would prefer to drive. Syracuse is right off of I-90. Its a straight shot for our guests coming in from Boston! For those who would prefer to fly, the Syracuse Hancock International Airport is a ten minute drive from the two hotels we have blocks at.

If you are not able to find a room within the room block, please give one of us a call! We may still be able to get you into a room with one of the hotels as there could just be a delay with the hotels adding more rooms to our block.

Yes! Children are welcome at the welcome party, ceremony and reception.
