We have arranged for a shuttle bus to transport guests from the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Longmont to the Halfway House in Boulder. Pick up will be at 4:00pm sharp from the hotel and shuttle return back to the hotel at 9:00pm when the party ends.

Things to know: There is no running water at the ceremony/reception site. There are maintained restrooms with primitive toilets, and we will have a portable sink for hand washing. Wear comfortable shoes. There will be a very short walk to the location. Dinner will be served at the reception. Due to limited parking at Flagstaff Mountain, we will be providing transportation from the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Longmont to the venues in Boulder via shuttle bus for guests. If you plan on driving from the hotel, be mindful that there is parking available but that it is limited. Also, please put your license plate number in the RSVP when prompted. When you get to the parking areas, do not pay the $5 parking fee. This will be covered! Site located on Flagstaff Mountain, which is a part of Boulder's Open Spaces and Mountain Parks (OSMP), and as such, all OSMP rules and regulations have to be followed. No fires, no smoking, and no glassware, please!
