Yes! Please see the “Travel and Accomodations” section for information on our hotel block. You do not need to stay at this hotel. There are plenty of hotels and Air BnBs in the area! However, this is where the After Party will be held (at the hotel bar) and the only spot the shuttle service will stop (see below for more information on shuttle service). Rooms will be held and offered at the discounted rate until September 23, 2024.

Yes! A shuttle will be provided from the Holiday Inn at 2170 South Road, Poughkeepsie to the venue. The shuttle will then transport guests back to the hotel at night after the wedding. The shuttle to Indian Ridge will depart from the hotel at 3:30PM. The shuttle will make 2 trips back to the hotel at the end of the night. The first pick up from Indian Ridge will be at 9:30 PM and the second pick up will be at 10:30 PM. Please plan accordingly!

Since we know everyone will be traveling we wanted to give everybody an opportunity to make a weekend out of their trip if they so choose. We have extended the hotel block until Sunday 10/27/24. If you choose to extend your stay, you are welcome to explore the area on your own (see Things to Do section for what else the area has to offer) or join us on Saturday 10/26/24 at Locust Grove Brewing Company (https://locustgrovebrewco.com) starting at 2pm. There will be a cash bar and a light lunch will be provided. Locust Grove often hosts food trucks on the weekends for those who would like to purchase something additional. Although nothing additional is formally planned, we will be in the area until Sunday and would love to spend as much time as possible with everyone!
