While Springfield does have a small airport, flight options are limited. Bloomington and Peoria airports are about an hour and 15 minutes from Springfield. The St. Louis airport is the next closest option, at 2 hours. Chicago and Indianapolis are both 3.5 hours away. We really appreciate you traveling to celebrate us!

June 14th, 2025 from 4:15pm-11:00pm. 

A shuttle service will be provided to take guests to cocktail hour at 4:15pm from downtown Springfield. The pickup location will be by the Abe Lincoln Hotel on the corner of E Adams St. and S Seventh St. The shuttle holds a maximum of 26 people, so please plan accordingly. Another pickup will be available at the same pickup spot at 5:00pm. Cocktail hour goes from 4:30-5:30pm. Please plan to be at the venue by 5:30pm. 


A shuttle will also be available when leaving the reception. The first ride will leave at 9:30pm and drop off at the previous pickup spot (listed above). There will be two additional trips at 10:15pm and 11:00pm to the same location. Please plan accordingly.
