What is this Speech Roulette?

When RSVP'ing, you will be asked if you want to participate in Speech Roulette.

If your name is drawn, you will have a minute and a half to give the most passionate, tear-jerking or hilarious speech about the couple. For your hard-work, you will receive 5 drink tickets.

If you are voted the best speech, you will receive an additional 5 drink tickets.

Are Children Allowed?

Sorry, no.


We respectfully request that no children are in attendance. We thank you in advance for finding childcare and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Am I Allowed to Bring A Plus One?

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your invite/RSVP.

When you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have been given a plus-one.


If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Jessica or Brandon.

What if I can't make it/Can no longer attend?

We understand that life is busy and that we are celebrating on a long weekend. If you cannot make it to our wedding, that is completely fine!


If you are unable to attend, please RSVP No.


Additionally, if you are no longer able to attend, please let Jessica or Brandon now ASAP so we can adjust our counts for the vendors.

What if I can't make it to the ceremony but I can attend the reception? or Vice Versa?

When you RSVP, it will ask if you are able to attend the ceremony and reception individually.


If you cannot attend one, please make the correct selection.


We will be submitting final numbers based on who will be in attendance at each event!

When do I need to RSVP by?

In order to get our numbers in on time, you will need to RSVP by May 30th at the latest.


We will not be reaching out prior to the closing date!

Those who haven't responded by that date will automatically be marked as Not Attending and a message sent saying that we will miss you!

What should I do in between the ceremony and reception?

Family and the Wedding Party will take this opportunity for photos.


If you are interested, we have compiled a list under the 'Things to Do' tab with our favourite places to visit!

If not, kick up your feet or have a nap!

Is there a registry?

Though your presence is a present, if you are wishing to help us celebrate with a gift, a contribution towards our home improvement fund would be greatly appreciated.

What's the dress code?

Dress to impress!


We don't know if there is a specific name for it, but just dress nice and comfortable! This isn't a black-tie event so no need to dress like 007.


Dress however you'd like, if you want to wear a long flowy dress or your fanciest pair of shorts!

Our wedding colours are pink, champagne, green and brown if you're wanting to coordinate with us. However, please wear whatever you'd like! The more colours, the better!

Remember there will be dancing and games so make sure your feet are comfortable.

parking at ceremony and reception

There is a large parking lot at Connor's Park as well at the Sportsman Centre.


Note: For the Reception, there will be areas flagged off for the hotdog truck as well as the ice cream truck - please leave room for them to park!

Can I take photos at the ceremony?

We are asking that our Ceremony is completely unplugged. This means that your phone is either on silent or completely off!


We have hired a photographer, and no offense, we don't want your cellphones in our pictures!

Please leave it to the professionals!


We will share the photos afterwards. You may take photos during the Reception, just make sure not to interrupt Megan while she is there.

What is for supper? Dessert?

We are having all you can eat hotdogs, hamburgers and smokies, catered by Top Dog!

For dessert, we will be having ice cream treats provided by The Cone Artist!


Bring your appetite!

What about dietary Restrictions?

If you have any dietary restrictions, please note them when RSVP'ing.


We will do our best to accommodate, and we will inform you of how to be served your alternates- whether that be through a message or a note on your table!

What's the music situation?

We will be having a DJ, who will be taking requests throughout the night!

Bring your dancing shoes and all your song recommendations.

What about Drinks?

We will have an assortment of wines, beers and spirits available at the reception (the selection will be dependent on the global situation).

Alcoholic beverages will be $5.


There will also be an array of non-alcoholic drinks, which are free of charge.


Note: There is not an ATM on site, so please bring cash!


Please drink responsibly and be aware of others around you. We do not want anyone having their night ruined!


I'm Out of Town- Where can I stay?

We have booked a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn & Express Suites here in Moose Jaw!

Please go to the 'Accommodations' tab for more information.

Safe Rides Home?

There will be a list of the various cab-companies in Moose Jaw that will be able to provide a safe ride home.

Plan ahead and if possible have someone be the designated driver.


Please do not drink and drive!
