As stated on the invite, 30th March 2026. This gives enough time to finalise things with all suppliers etc.

As much as we would love to have everyone there to celebrate our special day, it is only possible to accommodate those who are clearly named on the invite.

Our venue has a dedicated guest parking area that is clearly signposted.

As much as we would love to invite the children of our friends, due to venue restrictions, we are only able to accommodate the children of close family. Their names will be included on the invitation.

We want to ensure all of our guests are fed, so we are working with our venue to ensure that everyone's dietary requirements are accommodated. Please fill in the 'dietary requirements' section of your RSVP card to let us know what these are.

2pm: ceremony starts 2:30pm: drinks reception with canapes. Formal photographs. 3:30pm: large group photo 4pm: Wedding Breakfast is served 6:30pm: Speeches 7:30pm: Evening guests to arrive 8pm: cake cutting/ First Dance 8:30pm: evening food to be served 11:15 pm: last orders at the bar. 11:30pm: all guests to depart.

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during the service. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. We have hired 2 photographers and will post the link to these photos for everyone to view/ download once we have the link.
